Great Sea Interconnector: survey vessel heading to Crete

The French survey vessel ABEILLE MARENGO left Naples on 23 October and is due in Heraklion on 27 October. It will then begin bathymetric surveys south-east of Karpathos for the 1,208 km, 500 kV, 1,000 MW Crete–Cyprus link.
